Testimonials
-
“The B1 Yoga community is like a hug. You walk into a studio and you get a hug, every single time, and you leave with a smile on your face. To be able to teach people that…I just hope I can do that for the rest of my life. I truly do.”
- Austin Scott
-
“Honestly you are going to love spending your weekends and hours learning more, despite the work, which is not that much. Life is busy, but I actually wanted to come to it. It was a break from the day to day.”
- Megan Stecklein
-
“When I really started going to and committing to yoga, I noticed it was the only time I got my mind to shut off and just focus on myself. That was huge for my mind, body, and soul.”
-Holly Trebian

“You never know what you are going to get out of the 200 hour. Everyone tells you that it will forever change you, but you have to experience it for yourself. I went in not thinking I even wanted to teach adult yoga and I now own B1!!! Enjoy the journey. It’s an investment that keeps on giving YOU back.”
