We are so excited you decided to check us out. Let us tell you a little bit about our studio.

We are located in the heart of downtown at 185 Main St. surrounded by awesome local businesses and restaurants right outside our doors.

Our studio is home to over 15 different yoga instructors and a variety of yoga classes and styles to appeal to the beginner all the way to the seasoned yogis. Classes run from 5:30 am- 8:00 pm and we are open 7 days a week.

We have full bathrooms and showers for both men and women so you can easily head to work or out on the town straight from our studio. We have mats, towels, blocks, and straps available for rent or purchase so have no fear if you don’t have all your yoga gear.

Our classes range from no heat to hot and the temperatures are explained along with our class descriptions. You will find a welcoming smile the moment you walk through our door, an incredible community of yogis to practice alongside you, and a very cozy yoga room that feels like home.

We believe strongly in what Judith Lasater quoted best “Yoga isn’t about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down.”

  • CHAKRA 3 WEEK SERIES

    Join us for a transformative 3-week series on Fridays, November 1st, 8th, and 22nd at 5:30 pm, where each session is dedicated to exploring the energy of specific chakras. In Week 1, we’ll focus on the crown and third eye chakras; in Week 2, we’ll center on the throat and heart chakras; and in Week 3, we’ll bring attention to the solar plexus, sacral, and root chakras. Embrace this journey of alignment, deepen your practice, and connect with yourself on a new level. Don’t miss this opportunity to elevate your yoga experience!

  • Kids Yoga Classes

     Saturdays, November 2, 9, and 23 from 10:30 to 11:15 AM

    Join us three Saturdays a month for Kids Yoga, led by Krissy’s junior yoga teacher trainees from Challenge to Change. Once they’re compensated, all remaining proceeds will be donated to Mindful Minutes this month, which brings yoga and mindfulness into our schools.

    Our first month of kids yoga was a success, and we're thrilled to share our November schedule! This month, Elyn, will guide our junior yogis through engaging yoga sessions that include a fun theme, a craft or story, and all the enchanting aspects of yoga. These classes are for children aged 4-11 and last 45 minutes. While a B1 Yoga instructor will always be on hand, our skilled junior yoga teachers will take the lead in each class.

  • Honoring Veterans Day with Vanessa and Jenn

    Sunday November 10 at 5:00pm (no Align and Flow)

    Join Vanessa and Jenn for an intentional Veterans Day class, featuring a patriotic playlist. Vanessa has strong military ties, with her husband, dad, father-in-law, and brother-in-law all being veterans, and her brother currently serving honorably in the US Navy. Jenn’s son Calvin is proudly serving in the US Marines. Together, Vanessa and Jenn have bonded over their shared connection to the military and are honored to express gratitude for the brave men and women who serve, both on and off the mat.

    This class is free for everyone to attend, and we also offer 10% off year-round for all Active Duty Military Members and Veterans.

  • Book Club/Women’s Empowerment Monthly Event

    Sunday, November 10 at 10:30AM (60-min)

    Circling is a space for women to gather, connect, and empower one another. In each circle, we’ll discuss topics inspired by a specific book to guide our conversations. We’ll explore themes that impact our daily lives and often prevent us from becoming the most empowered versions of ourselves.

    This women’s circle welcomes all ages—bring your daughter, grandmother, mother, sister, or best friend!

    In November, we’ll dive into chapters 5-9  of On Our Best Behavior by Elise Loehnen. No need to read the book beforehand; you’ll still gain valuable insights from our discussion. Cost is $15, sign up under events!

  • Full Moon Pop up with Krissy

    Friday, November 15 from 5:00 - 6:00 pm

    Join Krissy for a special Friday evening Full Moon flow. This flow will include journaling to reflect on our thoughts and intentions, a guided meditation to center ourselves, and a revitalizing movement practice to awaken our  bodies. We’ll also gather in a circle to share our energy and connect with one another, creating a sense of community and support. The class will be lightly heated to enhance your experience, and it’s open to all levels, so whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, you’ll find a welcoming space to explore and grow. Come ready to engage, connect, and embrace the magic of the moment!

  • Special 75 minute Yin Nidra

    w/ the Bandura Sunday November 17th at 7:00 pm

    Viktoriia is back with her beautiful Ukrainian harp, the Bandura, to accompany Tom for this special 75 minute Yin Nidra practice. It sells out every time so reserve your spot ASAP. There is no additional charge for our monthly members for this. Otherwise, it’s just a  $15 drop in. Sign-up under classes!

  • Yoga Jams Live: Chad Olson

    Tuesday, November 19 from 5:30 - 6:30 pm

    Join us for Yoga Jams with a twist! Experience live music from talented local musicians each month. This month, we’re excited to welcome Chad Olson and his guitar. Sponsored by B-1 Yoga, this event is free for our pass holders. For others, a drop-in fee of just $15 applies. Don’t miss it!

  • Sound Healing with Molly Schreiber

    Sunday, November 24 from 5:00 - 6:00 pm (No Align and Flow that night)

    Join Molly on this peaceful journey to achieve balance within the body, mind, and spirit through the beautiful vibrations of the crystal singing bowls, the gong, and drum. Molly will offer a sound bath designed to restore harmony and a great sense of peace and well-being.

  • Gratitude Aroma Yin

    'Tis the season! Join us for our regular Aroma Yin class, enhanced with a special focus on cultivating GRATITUDE. Megan will share her unique insights on this theme, ensuring a wonderful experience for all. Stick around afterward to enjoy some hot apple cider and connect with Megan and your fellow yogis. B-1 Updates

Yoga Teacher Training 2024

Originally scheduled to begin the last weekend in September, our Yoga Teacher Training is now kicking off the last weekend in October due to scheduling conflicts for those signed up. We understand that many of you had limited availability in September, so we’re thrilled to offer two additional spots for the training! Plus, if you commit by October 18, you’ll receive $150 off the total investment.

Graduation will still take place in April 2025, and we’re happy to offer flexible payment plans. If you need to miss a day or two, we can accommodate your schedule. If you’re interested, please reach out! We can’t wait to welcome you!
